Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough testing of power transformers to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, improving overall product quality.
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports to document test results accurately.
- Provide technical support to production team during recent product introduction (NPI) process.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in software testing or related field.
- Strong understanding of power transformers' design, functionality, and performance characteristics.
- Proficiency in creating detailed test plans, executing tests effectively, and analyzing results.
