Job Title: Production Engineer – Engineering & Fabrication (Defence & Elevator Projects)
Location: Wada Factory (Relocation Required)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Production Engineer for our engineering manufacturing unit involved in Defence, Fabrication, and Elevator projects. The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of hands-on experience in production operations within engineering manufacturing companies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.

· Lead and manage a team of approximately 50 shop-floor personnel, ensuring high productivity and discipline.

· Ensure compliance with project specifications and customer requirements, especially for Defence and Elevator projects.

· Coordinate with design, planning, QA/QC, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.





· Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

· Maintain production reports and track performance metrics.

· Proactively resolve production issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

· Proven experience in fabrication and engineering manufacturing, preferably in Defence-related or industrial elevator projects.

· Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Willing to relocate to our Wada factory location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
