Key Responsibilities:
Work Knowledge And Skills
- Robust understanding of project scheduling across all stages (pre-contract and post-contract).
- Preparation and maintenance of detailed project schedules aligned with baseline timelines.




- Ability to develop and manage resource-loaded schedules.
- Hands-on experience in scheduling for construction of industrial/manufacturing facilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Familiarity with Civil, Structural, and MEP project components.

Pre-Contract Responsibilities
- Support development of preliminary project schedules during the planning phase.
- Assist in defining timelines for design development and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to establish realistic sequencing and durations.
- Review proposed timelines from contractors/vendors and highlight risks.
- Support planning of work packages and procurement timelines including long-lead items.

Post-Contract Responsibilities
- Develop detailed execution schedules in coordination with contractors and vendors.
- Monitor and update schedules regularly based on projec
