Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to establish rapport quickly.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and demonstrating how our technology solutions can address their challenges.
- Manage and update customer information within CRM software such as Salesforce,



ensuring data accuracy and completeness for effective pipeline management.
- Use sales automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts, track interactions, and follow up on leads promptly.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with B2B clients through persuasive communication and strategic deal structuring.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining ongoing communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and support the adoption of sales technology tools.

Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing roles, preferably within technology or software industries.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales environments with a focus on deal closing and client relationship management.
