Position: Retail Sales & Marketing – Structural Steel Products

Products: H-Beam, M.S. Beam, M.S. Channel & M.S. Angle.

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and managing retail sales of structural steel products including H-Beam, M.S. Beam, M.S. Channel and M.S. Angle. The role involves dealer/distributor development, direct customer sales, market development, order generation, collection follow-up and achievement of sales targets.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Retail Sales & Business Development
- Generate sales of H-Beam, M.S. Beam, M.S. Channel and M.S. Angle through retail and direct sales channels.
- Develop recent customers, dealers, distributors, fabricators, contractors and institutional buyers.
- Achieve monthly annual sales targets for assigned products and territory.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities for structural steel products.
- Dealer & Distributor Management
- Appoint and develop new dealers/distributors in assigned territory.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and channel partners.
- Regularly visit dealer shops, stockyards and customer locations.
- Monitor dealer-wise sales, stock position, outstanding payments and future requirements.
- Support dealers in increasing product movement and market penetration.
- Market Development
- Conduct regular market visits to understand demand, pricing, competition and customer requirements.
- Identify major projects, construction sites, industrial projects, fabrication units and infrastructure projects.
- Develop business opportunities with builders, contractors, fabricators and project companies.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor products, prices, schemes and customer preferences.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements regarding size
