Role Summary:-
We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager to manage and grow strategic Enterprise and Global Capability Center (GCC) accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, IT staffing, SAP consulting services, and digital transformation solutions.

This role requires ownership of
customer relationships, revenue growth, delivery governance, and identifying new business opportunities
across multiple engagement models.

The Account Manager will work closely with
customers, delivery teams, recruitment, and leadership
to ensure successful execution while expanding the account portfolio through consultative selling and strategic account planning.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management
- Own end-to-end relationships with Enterprise and GCC customers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders,



ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews, governance meetings, and executive connect sessions.
- Manage customer escalations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Business Development & Growth
- Identify and qualify current opportunities within existing accounts.
- Cross-sell and upsell SAP services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Data & Analytics, Automation, and Managed Services.
- Drive account mining initiatives to increase wallet share.

Staffing & Workforce Solutions
- Manage contingent workforce, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Statement of Work (SOW), Managed Services, Dedicated Teams, and Full-Time staffing engagements.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of resource requirements.
- Monitor resource utilization, billing, onboarding, extensions, and renewals.
