Key Responsibilities:

• Review patient admission documents and verify eligibility details.

• Prepare and submit NOA requests accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with clinicians, physicians, and insurance teams for required documentation.

• Track NOA status and resolve pending or denied submissions.
- Maintain accurate patient records in EHR systems.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and payer guidelines.

• Support quality, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing from a recognized university.
- Robust understanding of medical terminology, patient care documentation, and healthcare workflows.
- Ability to work in US shifts and meet productivity targets.
