About the Role

The Associate - College Operations & Student Success represents IIDE at partner colleges and is responsible for day-to-day academic coordination, student support, and program execution. The role involves close collaboration with faculty, college stakeholders, and students to ensure smooth academic delivery and a positive student experience across the program lifecycle. This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and working closely with students.

What You'll Do:College Operations, Academic Delivery & Student Success
- Represent IIDE on ground at designated partner colleges and manage day-to-day coordination with faculty, academic teams, trainers, and college authorities.
- Ensure timely setup and uninterrupted operation of classrooms,



LMS, Zoom sessions, Wi-Fi, and academic tools, in compliance with academic standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for academic and program-related student and college queries, achieving a 24-hour TAT for resolution.
- Monitor, maintain, and report on batch attendance performance, assignment and project submissions, internal and external examination completion, and fee collection status.
- Identify at-risk students and proactively intervene to reduce drop-off risks and improve retention, satisfaction, and overall student experience.
- Ensure a 100% response rate across Subject Evaluation, CSAT, and NPS feedback forms.
- Identify operational or academic issues and escalate to internal teams with proper documentation until resolution.
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of academic, engagement, and fee-related data.
