Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Monday to Saturday)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive who is detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of independently managing the company's day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and production accounting in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Process sales and purchase invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations. Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings while ensuring legal compliance. Manage inventory accounting, production costing, WIP, BOM, and stock

reconciliation. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams. Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial reports for management. Assist with month-end/year-end closing, audits,



and internal financial controls. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all records are audit-ready.

Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred).

4-6 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

Experience in manufacturing or production accounting is preferred.

Proficiency in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.

Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
