Responsibilities-
- Assist in Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems in computers, servers, and related equipment
- Perform regular maintenance to prevent system failures
- Help identify technical problems and suggest effective solutions
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components
- Coordinate with software engineers and IT teams to resolve system-related issues
- Ensure compatibility of hardware with operating systems and applications
- Respond quickly to hardware breakdowns and emergency repair needs
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and architecture
- Hands-on experience in hardware repair and troubleshooting
- Understanding of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valuable communication and teamwork abilities
- Time management skills to handle multiple repair tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in assembling and disassembling computer systems
- Knowledge of networking hardware (routers, switches, LAN setup)
- Experience in preventive maintenance and system upgrades
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
