We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Strategist who can develop and execute result-oriented digital strategies, strengthen the organization’s online presence, and drive audience growth and engagement across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, digital campaigns, analytics, SEO, audience growth, and performance marketing, along with the ability to guide creative and content teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars, campaign plans, and growth strategies.
- Analyze audience behavior, trends, competitors, and platform performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategies for increasing followers, reach, engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with content writers,



graphic designers, video editors, and social media executives to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithms, emerging formats, and competitor activities.
- Plan and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.
- Analyze KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, impressions, CTR, traffic, leads, conversions, follower growth, and ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.
- Work closely with the SEO and content teams to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Develop strategies for YouTube growth, video content performance, and audience retention.
- Manage online reputation and ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, influencer marketing, trending campaigns, and audience engagement.
