- Supervise and manage daily warehouse floor activities.
- Allocate work to warehouse staff and monitor their productivity.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, sorting, scanning, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure shipments are processed accurately and within the required TAT.
- Monitor inbound and outbound material movement.
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of goods as per warehouse guidelines.
- Check physical stock and coordinate for regular stock/cycle counts.
- Report shortages, damages, discrepancies, or operational issues to the Manager.
- Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward movements.
- Coordinate with the Transport/Traffic team for vehicle placement and dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards on the warehouse floor.
- Ensure workers follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Prepare and share daily operational reports with the Warehouse Manager.
- Handle operational issues and resolve them promptly to avoid delays.
- Train and guide recent warehouse staff whenever required.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
