Job Description
- Responsible for mobile assembly line machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown support.
- Hands-on experience with Auto Screwing Machine, Back Cover Machine, Camera Deco, Cold Pressing, Hot Melt Glue Machine, Thermal Gel Dispensing Machine, BTB Machine, 3-in-1 Back Cover Fixing Machine, YH3 Machine, Primer Dispensing Machine, and Battery Rolling Machine.
- Positive knowledge of PLC programming, Servo Motor programming, sensors, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Handle machine installation, commissioning, line setup, debugging, and preventive maintenance.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce machine downtime.
- Support NPI/new model line setup, machine validation, and process improvement.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and suppliers to resolve machine-related issues.

Additional Details

Minimum Qualification Required: DIPLOMA / B.TECH
Preferred Qualification: DIPLOMA / B.TECH
Preferred Experience: More than 3 year
Industry Preference: Mobile Manufacturing Industry
