Role Description
The Tech Support Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar, with a compensation range of 2 LPA – 3 LPA (CTC). In this role, the engineer will provide technical support for EduSkills platforms and tools, respond to user queries, and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and connectivity.



Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, documenting solutions, escalating complex issues when required, and maintaining service logs. The engineer will also assist in onboarding new users, support training sessions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve system reliability and user experience. Consistent, professional communication with learners, educators, and partners is essential to ensure high-quality customer service.

Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support skills with the ability to handle software and basic hardware issues.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Customer Support and Customer Service experience, with a focus on clear communication and user satisfaction.
- Familiarity with learning platforms, remote access tools, and common operating systems.
- Ability to document issues
