Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement customizations using plugins and other development tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to MS Dynamics CRM system performance, data integrity, and user access management.
- Provide technical support for end-users on MS Dynamics CRM platform features and functionality.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in developing on the Microsoft Dynamics platform (MS Dynamics CRM).
- Robust understanding of plugin development principles and ability to write custom code using C# or JavaScript.
- Experience working with SQL Server database management systems for querying large datasets.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project planning, tracking progress against milestones.
