Position : Technical Support Executive - School

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the school with ERP-related queries and day-to-day operational support.
- Coordinating with the respective teams at Entab for timely issue resolution.
- Acting as a bridge between Greenwood Schools and Entab.
- Ensuring timely escalation and follow-up of issues, wherever required.
- Providing basic guidance, training, and handholding to school staff for effective ERP usage.
- Monitoring recurring issues and coordinating with Entab to ensure their closure.
- He should also support in any other IT related tasks assigned by the HOD or school

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
