Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand awareness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall performance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for new product launches, partnerships, and joint ventures.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms.
- Oversee international marketing efforts to expand the company's presence globally.

Preferred Candidate
- 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the heavy engineering, or manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in strategic commercial management, achieving revenue goals, and building competitive market positions.
- International exposure coupled with middle-east and far east experience is preferred.
- Experience in dealing with a multi-cultural, multi-national team from diversified background
- Have solid negotiation skills, contract management and leadership management.
