Over the years, our websites have built strong authority and organic traffic through high-quality content, SEO, and a loyal repeat customer base. With travel demand back after the pandemic, we are now scaling our paid marketing efforts and looking for a hands-on PPC specialist to grow high-quality enquiries for our tour packages.

Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Executive who can independently manage and scale Google Ads campaigns for holiday and tour packages. The ideal candidate is someone who lives inside Google Ads, understands lead quality, and can turn budgets into profitable, trackable conversions not just clicks or traffic.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube as relevant) focused on lead generation for tour/holiday packages.
- Own end-to-end campaign management: keyword research, ad copy creation, extensions, landing page suggestions,



bidding strategies, and daily performance monitoring.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Monitor key KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, click-through rate (CTR), quality score, ROAS/ROI, and enquiry-to-booking funnel quality.
- Continuously run A/B tests on ads, keywords, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
- Allocate and optimize daily/monthly budgets of approx. INR 34 lakhs (with potential for scale) in a disciplined and data-backed manner.
- Create explicit weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards for management, including insights and next steps.
- Identify and block irrelevant keywords, placements, and audiences to minimize wasted spend and click fraud.
