Job description

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Fashion Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail fashion store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of retail management. The Fashion Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibility

1. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff

3. Motivating the sales team on Appearance, Tardiness and Manners

4. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.

5. Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff

6.



Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

7. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.

8. Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.

9. Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.

10. Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial

records.

11. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.

12. Preparing Aging reports for the stores he/she is responsible for.

13. Managing Client Escalations before taking it to the Founder.

14. Manage and monitor the walk-in data for the store for which he/she is responsible.
