Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, architects, and other project teams.
- Monitor the quality and progress of construction work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify any technical or execution issues.
- Check materials, workmanship, and construction methods to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Interpret and implement architectural, structural, and engineering drawings at the site.
- Maintain proper records of site activities, measurements, and work progress.




- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update the project team.
- Coordinate with the project team to resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out safely and within the planned schedule.
- Monitor manpower and material requirements at the site.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site practices.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple site activities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
