Basic Project Manager Profile
The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge, leadership, and organizational skills to
successfully deliver projects from planning to completion. Key attributes include:
- Location: Mumbai (with travel to project sites as required).

- Technical Competence: Ability to review, interpret, and vet CAD/technical
drawings, ensuring alignment with design intent, BOQs, and execution feasibility.

team performance.
- Departmental Scope: Project Managers will directly oversee Project Executives, Site
Engineers, Supervisors, and supporting staff, coordinating closely with Procurement,
Logistics, Accounts, and HR for seamless execution.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or
related field (PMP/PRINCE2 certification a plus).
- 5–10 years of proven project management experience, preferably in construction,
interiors, or technical infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical understanding of Raised Access Floors, UFAD, AFM solutions, and
power/ergonomic systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven ability to review, interpret, and approve CAD/technical drawings and BOQs.
- Solid knowledge of project management tools, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Ability to manage large teams, subcontractors, and vendors with efficienc
