Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Area Operations Manager

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day shift operations and ensure smooth store functioning
- Lead, guide and motivate the team during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent food quality, service and customer experience
- Handle shift-wise sales, cash management and operational targets
- Monitor inventory, stock levels and wastage
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety and store standards
- Manage staff deployment, attendance and shift schedules
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues effectively
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets
- Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed consistently
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members





Who Can Apply?
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Hotel Management preferred
- 2–4 years’ experience in F&B; / QSR / Restaurant industry
- Previous experience as Shift Manager / Shift In-Charge / Team Leader preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valuable understanding of store operations and team handling
- Basic knowledge of inventory, sales and cash management
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
