Key Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry work: door/window repairs, furniture fixing, fittings, minor fabrication.
- Handle electrical tasks: switchboards, wiring, lights, fans, basic fault finding.
- Carry out painting and touch-up work as required.
- Attend daily maintenance complaints from rooms and common areas.
- Ensure safety standards while performing maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors for major repairs if needed.
- Maintain tools and maintenance material inventory.
- Ensure minimal disruption to residents during work.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in carpentry, electrical, and painting work.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues independently.
- Knowledge of safety practices and proper tool handling.
- Experience working in facilities,



hospitals, hostels, or residential buildings preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

Qualifications
Technical experience preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.

Working Hours
- 8–10 hours shift as per facility requirement
- Weekly off as per roster

Salary
- As per experience and skill level

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,240.00 per month
