Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), Power Platform, CRM customizations, integrations, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, and integrations.
- Create and manage Power Automate workflows.
- Develop Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Power Platform.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Services, and middleware.
- Perform data migration and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM application issues.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Follow Microsoft best practices and security standards.
