Role Description
The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets. The Production Manager will coordinate workforce scheduling, allocate resources, and monitor production performance, taking corrective actions when needed.



The role includes implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with maintenance, procurement, and quality teams to minimize downtime. The Production Manager will also track production metrics, prepare reports for leadership, support process improvements, and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity.

Qualifications
- Strong production planning and line management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple processes and shifts.
- Experience in electrical/electronic manufacturing or a similar industrial environment, with knowledge of shop-floor operations and equipment.
- Capability in quality control, safety management, and adherence to regulatory and company standards.
