Role & responsibilities
- Own inbound enquiries end to end respond to website leads, quote requests and product questions across email, phone and chat, and follow through to a closed order
- Understand the requirement before recommending — ask about use case, dimensions, material, print quality and timeline, then match the customer to the right product and specification
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for custom and bulk orders, coordinating with the production team on feasibility, pricing and lead times
- Grow existing accounts — reconnect with past buyers ahead of their busy seasons and identify repeat and upsell opportunities
- Handle objections and negotiate on price, turnaround and customisation within approved limits
- Keep the CRM clean — log every interaction, quote and next step so the pipeline is accurate and nothing goes cold
- Coordinate across teams — work with production, logistics and support so what you promised is what gets delivered
- Report on your numbers — track your own pipeline, conversion rate and revenue,

Preferred candidate profile

We're hiring a Sales Representative to own customer conversations from first enquiry through to closed order.

Most of your day is spent with people who have already raised their hand website enquiries, quote requests, abandoned carts, and repeat buyers placing their next order. Your job is to understand what they're actually trying to build, recommend the right product and specification, handle pricing and objections, and get the order over the line.

Because our customers are international, a portion of your work happens in the evening. In exchange, you get a warm pipeline, a real product you can learn inside out, and direct visibility into revenue you personally generated.

This role is a robust fit if you: enjoy problem-solving on a call, are comfortable being measured on numbers, and want to build a sales career at a company where the product is tangible.
