We are looking for an experienced Performance Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering, preferably from Capital Markets, FinTech, Stock Exchange, Electronic Trading or HFT environments.

What we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in Performance Engineering/Performance Testing
- Robust hands-on experience with
Python
- Experience with
OMS (Order Management Systems) and/or Matching Engines
- Strong understanding of
Order-to-Trade lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with
FIX Protocol
or exchange-specific protocols
- Experience in
low-latency performance testing
- Strong knowledge of Load, Stress and Performance Testing




- Experience with
Linux, networking and performance bottleneck analysis
- Exposure to tools such as
Wireshark, TCPDump, Prometheus, Grafana or ELK
- Experience analyzing latency, throughput, CPU, memory and network performance

This is a highly technical Individual Contributor role focused on ensuring trading systems can handle extremely high order volumes while maintaining speed, stability and low latency.
