Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to understand CRM requirements and business needs.

Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions based on customer requirements.

Deliver customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Design, code, test, and implement Salesforce applications.

Create development timelines, milestones, and goals.

Test application stability, functionality, and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and application issues.

Maintain the security and integrity of Salesforce applications.

Follow Salesforce-recommended development and design best practices.

Stay updated with new Salesforce technologies and guide the team in adopting relevant technologies.

Required Skills

5+ years of relevant Salesforce development experience.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies,



particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Experience working on projects involving significant Salesforce customizations.

Hands-on experience with the Force.com platform, including:

Apex

Triggers

Batch Apex

Visualforce

Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, including:

Custom Objects

Junction Objects

Object Relationships

Data Structures

Good understanding and hands-on experience with the Lightning Platform.

Knowledge of Salesforce development and design best practices.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-refactored code.

Experience configuring and customizing Sales Cloud.

Good knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and database schemas.

Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
