About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant / Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions across enterprise environments. This role requires strong expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, business process transformation, field service operations, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, project managers, and development teams to deliver scalable and cutting-edge field service solutions that enhance workforce productivity, scheduling efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 Field Service modules, including:
- Work Orders
- Inspections
- Scheduling & Dispatching




- Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO)
- Asset Management
- Inventory Management
- Agreements and Preventive Maintenance
- Mobile Workforce Solutions
- Configure Field Service mobile applications for field technicians and operational teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve field service processes and customer service operations.
- Lead workshops, solution demonstrations, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Design integration solutions between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications using APIs, Azure Integration Services, and Power Platform.
- Develop and review solution architecture, data models, workflows, and automation processes.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to consultants, developers, and support teams.
