Job Title: Senior Project Manager -CCM domain

Timings: 6 PM 3 AM

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Customer Communications Management (CCM). The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years in a senior/lead role, and proven expertise in managing largescale CCM projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend IT project delivery across Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies
- Manage stakeholders, budgets, resources & risks effectively
- Drive project execution using tools like Jira and MS Project
- Oversee CCM implementations with platforms such as Smart Communications, Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, and Adobe Experience Manager
- Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile




- 10+ years of IT project management experience
- 3+ years in a senior/lead project management role
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies
- Handson experience with CCM platforms (Smart Communications, Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, Adobe Experience Manager)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills
