1. Site SupervisionSupervise daily warehouse construction activities as per drawings, specifications, and approved plans.2. Workforce ManagementAllocate work to labour, contractors, and subcontractors; monitor productivity and discipline.3. Construction QualityEnsure RCC, steel structure, masonry, flooring, roofing, fabrication, and finishing work meets quality standards.4. Drawing & ExecutionRead and interpret civil/structural drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings.5. Material ManagementCheck material availability, quantity, quality, and proper utilization; coordinate with stores and purchase teams.6. Contractor CoordinationCoordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and other site teams for smooth execution.7. Safety ComplianceEnsure workers follow PPE, work-at-height, lifting, scaffolding, and other construction safety requirements.8.



Progress MonitoringTrack daily work progress against project schedules and immediately report delays or site issues.9. Measurement & ReportingMaintain daily progress reports, labour reports, material consumption, site measurements, and work records.10. Equipment & ToolsEnsure proper utilization and maintenance of construction equipment, tools, and machinery.11. Site HousekeepingMaintain proper housekeeping, material stacking, access pathways, and overall site discipline.12. Problem SolvingIdentify site-level technical/execution issues and coordinate with the Site Engineer/Project Manager for timely resolution.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
