Position: Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Handle both graphic designing and video editing for social media and digital campaigns.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, campaign videos, promotional videos, and political/social media content.
- Understand the objective and narrative of each piece of content and translate it into effective visual storytelling.
- Work closely with the Content Writer and Social Media Manager to develop content aligned with campaign requirements.
- Add appropriate cuts, transitions, text, subtitles, graphics, sound effects, music, and other elements to make videos engaging.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and content formats.

Requirements:




- 1–2 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, narrative building, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Positive understanding of social media trends and platform-specific video formats.
- Strong political awareness and knowledge of current affairs is preferred, especially for political and campaign-related content.
- Ability to understand political narratives, developments, and public sentiment and convert them into effective video content.
- Candidates with knowledge of basic graphic design will be preferred.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple content requirements.
