Description
As part of a new project supported by our Bangalore team this role will provide L3 support and subject-matter expertise for M365 productivity services and AI-enabled colleague productivity tooling where in scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide escalation support for M365 platform issues impacting colleagues.
- Support Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and collaboration service issues where in scope.
- Monitor M365 service health, roadmap items and change impacts where agreed.
- Support Copilot / AI productivity tooling where licensed,
approved and operationally in scope.
- Provide technical guidance to L1, L2 and Tech Bar teams for M365 and AI-related issues.
- Support knowledge creation for common M365, collaboration and AI-assist issues.
- Assist with release impact assessment and operational readiness for new M365 features. Coordinate with retained teams and Microsoft where required.
Key Requirements
- Strong M365 administration and support experience.
- Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and collaboration tooling.
- Awareness of Copilot / AI productivity tooling and governance considerations.
- ServiceNow and ITSM process awareness.
- Ability to translate platform changes into operational support guidance
- Undergraduate degree / Postgraduate or equivalent experience
