As the Garment Production Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end production processfrom fabric cutting and stitching to quality control, finishing, and packing. Your primary goal will be to maximize output, maintain high quality standards, control production costs, and ensure strict adherence to client delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Shop Floor Management
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production workflows for workwear, factory, and school uniform orders.
- Line balance stitching units to maximize efficiency, line output, and target achievements.
- Manage capacity planning to handle high-volume seasonal spikes (e.g., back-to-school season, corporate contract renewals).

2. Quality Control & Standard Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to garment specifications, durability standards, color matching, and size fitting.
- Implement robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes across cutting, sewing, and finishing lines.
- Minimize defect rates, rework, and fabric wastage.

3. Inventory & Resource Management




- Work closely with the merchandising/sourcing team to ensure raw materials (fabrics, trims, zippers, reflective tapes, logos/embroidery) are delivered on time.
- Monitor fabric consumption and cutting yields to optimize raw material usage.
- Maintain oversight of machine maintenance to minimize downtime on the shop floor.

4. Team Leadership & Workforce Management
- Lead, train, and supervise production supervisors, tailors/operators, cutters, and QC inspectors.
- Enforce factory safety regulations, ergonomic practices, and operational compliance.
- Set daily/weekly production targets and track operator efficiency/productivity metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum [3–5+] years of experience in garment production management (experience specifically in uniforms, workwear, or structured garments is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Garment Manufacturing
