Senior Analyst / US Property Accounting

Location: Kandanchavadi, Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift: US Night Shift (4:30 PM 1:30 AM)

About the Role:

Are you an Analyst looking to step up? We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented accounting professionals with experience in US Property Accounting, General Ledger, Reconciliations, and Month-End Close activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bookkeeping, journal entries, accruals, and month-end close activities
- Perform Bank, Inter-company, and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Validate AR/AP sub-ledgers and ensure accurate GL postings
- Perform variance analysis and prepare financial reports
- Support budgeting, audits, and tax reporting activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution

Skills Required:
- Strong accounting and reconciliation knowledge
- Experience in US Property Accounting preferred




- Exposure to Yardi accounting software is an added advantage
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Required Qualifications:
- Education: B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & General Ledger (Mandatory).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SAP is a major advantage.
- Commitment: Must be comfortable with Permanent Night Shifts and Work from Office in Chennai.
