About the Role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Software Factory team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD automation. You will play a key role in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Amazon EKS/Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and related DevOps tools.
- Automate operational tasks and deployment workflows using Python.
- Manage source code repositories and branching strategies in GitHub.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with software developers, QA, and platform teams to streamline release processes.




- Implement security best practices across cloud environments and deployment pipelines.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
- Good programming/scripting experience in Python.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub and version control practices.
- Understanding of cloud networking, security, and container best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- AWS or Kubernetes certifications are an added advantage.
