- Prepares project status reports by collecting, summarizing information and recommending actions
- Maintains a safe and clean working setting by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
- Identification of flanges, pipes & fittings, mechanical seal, electrical & instrumentation equipment as per codes standards and specification.
- Material identification as per application code specification.
- Developing Material clearance records, making nozzle setup report, final dimension report, heat chart of material, hydro test report etc.
- Checking & maintaining calibration certificates of equipment.
- Dimensional Inspection of finished jobs & prepare dimensional Reports
- Knowledge of Hydro test, Pneumatic test, Coating, Painting, Passivation as per approved procedure and specification.
- Maintaining & record final reports.
