Zensar is hiring for a Generative AI Prompt Engineers role focused on building AI agents and Copilot experiences. The position centers on automation, workflow optimization, and client-facing Gen AI solution design.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents and Copilot experiences to automate and optimize business workflows
- Develop conversational and task-driven agents for service requests, alerts, escalations, and workflow orchestration
- Build understanding of client business processes to identify and define AI opportunities
- Partner with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities




- Gather pain points and translate business and IT operational requirements into scalable Copilot solutions
- Lead definition of AI Copilot strategies, prioritize initiatives, and drive implementation
- Prioritize AI use cases using a data-driven and impact-based approach
- Design and build Gen AI solutions tailored to client requirements
- Integrate copilots with enterprise data and workflows
- Work closely with Zensar’s SGO team to align outcomes and delivery
- Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models for performance and accuracy

Additional Responsibilities
- Stay updated with emerging Gen AI and Copilot capabilities
- Recommend upgrades, enhancements, and new AI solutions as needed
