Position Overview

• Technology: IT Operations/Support Engineer

• Location: Gift City

• Qualification Profile: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or in related field.

• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in handling financial critical system operation for Exchange, Clearing Corporation or banking industry.

Key Responsibilities





• Own and execute critical night-shift EOD (End-of-Day) and BOD (Beginning-of-Day) batch processes.

• Perform system health checks, database backups, and readiness validations before market open.

• Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve production issues via the ITSM ticketing tool.

• Manage incidents strictly according to severity levels and business SLA timelines.

• Escalate complex software bugs to development teams with detailed log analysis.

• Troubleshoot automated batch failures and safely restart processing sequences.

• Robust command-line skills for log parsing and process management. • Ability to read, modify, and execute Bash, Shell scripts.
