Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimates for various project stages.
- Monitor project costs and prepare periodic cost reports.
- Evaluate and certify subcontractor bills in coordination with site engineers.
- Analyze variations, claims, and prepare supporting documentation.
- Conduct site visits to verify executed quantities and ensure accuracy in measurements.
- Assist in tendering processes and comparison of contractor quotations.
- Maintain updated records of all cost-related data and billing documentation.
- Support project management in budgeting, cost planning, and forecasting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:




- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 2–4 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost control (construction sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS/Billing software.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.
