Volto Consulting is expanding its recruitment team and looking for passionate, performance-driven professionals to join us.

Open Positions:
- Technical Recruiters – 6 Months to 5 Years
- Recruitment Managers – 3 to 7 Years

What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in IT/Technical recruitment
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri & other sourcing platforms
- Good understanding of C2H and FTE hiring
- Strong candidate engagement and screening skills
- Ability to work against targets and deliver quality closures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Locations:
Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Indore | Trichy | Pune

Work Mode: WFO / Hybrid / WFH options available for the right candidates

CTC:
Up to ₹10 LPA, depending on experience and capability
