Job Summary

Arch Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and technically sound Technical Sales Engineer to drive B2B sales and business development for our range of fire pumps, industrial pumps and related engineering solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing appropriate technical solutions, generating new business opportunities, preparing quotations and coordinating with customers throughout the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate should have an engineering background, solid communication skills and an interest in technical sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent B2B sales opportunities across assigned markets.
- Generate leads through cold calling,



references, networking, online research and market visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Explain product specifications, applications, features and benefits to customers.
- Prepare and share technical and commercial quotations.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, quotations and order processing.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
