Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee site engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports on work completed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in civil site engineering or related field (construction engineering).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
- Robust understanding of civil construction processes, materials science, and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
