Sales & Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a agile, proactive and target-oriented Sales & Digital Marketing Executive who can handle both B2B corporate sales and digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should be capable of generating corporate leads, approaching decision-makers, converting prospects into clients and simultaneously helping grow the company's social media presence.

This is a hybrid role combining Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Database Management and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Generate new B2B/corporate leads for plant rental, plant maintenance and other EARTH N POTS services.
- Identify potential companies and relevant decision-makers.
- Approach corporate professionals through cold calling, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
- Contact Admin Directors,



Administration Heads, Facility Heads/Managers, Procurement Heads, HR Directors/Heads, Workplace Experience Heads, Corporate Services Heads, ESG/CSR professionals and other relevant decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Prepare and share quotations and company profiles as required.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional services.

Corporate Database Management
- Research and compile a database of potential corporate clients.
- Collect and maintain company and decision-maker information.
- Regularly update lead status, follow-ups, meetings, quotations and conversions.
- Maintain an organized and usable corporate sales database.

Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and promote EARTH N POTS across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
