Duties and Responsibilities

Main Duties of the Post
- Responsible for project sales and sales through the distributors network.
- Providing technical support and advice to clients.
- Presenting the organization to potential clients through direct communication, face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
- Responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting.
- Actively and successfully managing the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; closing; and handover to the Account Management team.
- Responsible for sample approval.
- Achieving sales targets product-wise and month-wise.
- Coordinating material dispatch and payments.
- Interacting with government bodies for product approvals.
- Possessing drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail to ensure all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
- Taking individual responsibility for recent business and being able to self-manage while working as part of a growing team. Support will be available from management for complex,



large pitches and strategies.
- Managing trade shows, events, seminars, exhibitions, presentations, etc.
- Being accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and further documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Being responsible and accountable for customer satisfaction surveys and action plans to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining the customer complaint register and resolving customer queries.
- Being responsible for ISO audit documentation and independently facing audits.
- Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
- Effectively interacting with other departments, including the Account Management and Technical teams, when handing over projects and ensuring that all aspects of the sale are fully and correctly briefed.
