Job Summary

The Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion. The role involves managing clients, vendors, budgets, production teams, logistics, and in office operations to ensure successful delivery of events while maintaining quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Event Planning & Coordination
- Meet clients to understand event objectives and requirements.
- Develop event concepts, themes, timelines, and execution plans.
- Prepare event schedules, task lists, and operational plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless event delivery.

2. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and project reviews.
- Present proposals, budgets, and event plans.
- Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

3. Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare event budgets and cost estimates.
- Monitor expenses and ensure profitability.




- Negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers.
- Approve purchase requests and vendor payments as per company policy.

4. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Source and manage vendors for production, décor, catering, entertainment, logistics, and technical services.
- Obtain quotations and finalize contracts.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Evaluate vendor performance after each event.

5. Production & Logistics Management
- Supervise venue setup, staging, lighting, sound, LED screens, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements.
- Ensure all event materials and equipment are available on-site.
- Monitor loading, unloading, and dismantling activities.

6. Team Management
- Lead event coordinators, production teams, store staff, and temporary event crew.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
