Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop high-quality technical documentation for software applications using Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, and MadCap Flare.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create user manuals, guides, and release notes.
- Utilize DITA (Document Type Definition) standards to create reusable content that meets industry best practices.
- Participate in agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of documentation assets.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, MadCap Flare, or similar authoring tools.
- Solid understanding of DITA (Document Type Definition) standards and their application in technical writing.
