Mettsenia is hiring a Customer Success & Installation Coordinator to support deployment of MettsPe / MettsCredit smart utility management apps. The role involves conducting app demos to property owners and tenants, coordinating with field technicians for smart meter installations, onboarding sites and tenants, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth operations. The candidate will also track installations and issues using Excel and plan daily technician visits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide app demos and remote explanations via GMeet/phone
- Coordinate with field technicians for installation and support
- Onboard owners, sites, and tenants on MettsPe / MettsCredit
- Maintain Excel sheets for installation status, issues,



and resolution
- Plan daily client visits and technician schedules
- Ensure smooth deployment and customer support

Skills Required:
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Comfortable with mobile apps and online meetings
- Daily work /field planning
- Ability to interact with property owners and tenants
- candidate must know English/Hindi

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 01 years (Customer support / operations / field coordination preferred).
