Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant to configure, support, and enhance Workday modules and integrations. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support deployments and Workday release cycles.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday modules such as HCM, Core HR, Absence, and Compensation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday configuration and integration issues.
- Perform unit testing, validation, defect resolution, and deployment support.
- Prepare and maintain technical specifications, integration documentation,



and process documents.
- Create user training materials and provide knowledge transfer where required.
- Support Workday production issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in Workday release cycles, impact analysis, testing, and feature adoption.
- Stay updated on new Workday features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
