We are looking for an active, proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional with 2-5 years of experience in Software, ERP, IT Solutions or B2B Technology Sales.

The candidate should have a valuable understanding of business software solutions, including ERP, Web Applications, Mobile Applications, Cloud/SaaS Applications and solutions involving third-party API/system integrations.

The role involves potential customer identification, lead generation, requirement understanding, solution presentation, product demonstrations, follow-ups and business closure.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can effectively utilize AI tools to identify potential customers faster, perform market research, qualify leads and improve overall sales & marketing productivity.

Active and proactive freshers with a strong interest in Software / ERP Sales & Marketing are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Software, ERP and IT Solutions.
- Research and identify potential customers and target companies using AI tools,



online platforms, LinkedIn, business directories and industry databases.
- Utilize AI-assisted marketing and sales processes for faster prospect identification and lead qualification.
- Generate qualified leads through:

- Understand customer business processes, challenges and software requirements.

- Conduct initial customer discussions and requirement gathering.
- Coordinate with technical / functional teams for product demonstrations.
- Present software solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and solution presentations.
